Thank you, Sound Relief. The print was so small in the Phonak user manual I couldn't read it. These are extremely expensive hearing aids. Why couldn't the company provide an adequate user manual, particularly for those getting along in their years and wearing glasses? The company website did not provide instructions on cleaning their hearing aids; I had to go to KZbin for help. The company's plastic tools used for cleaning their hearing aids are cheaply made. And if something goes wrong with the Phonak hearing aids or they need to be replaced, the company charges $300 to replace or repair the item. This company is about price gouging and is not at all interested in their customers. Not a good company!

This is why we exist as a private audiology practice. Hearing aid manufacturers do not understand the difficult troubleshooting patients go through using their products. We are thrilled this video helped you!
