Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you find yourself constantly restless and unable to get comfortable? If so, listen to this video! I'm going to share with you the different types of noise that can help you sleep better. Each color of noise has a unique properties, so find the one that works best for you and start getting the restful sleep you deserve!
Did you know white noise can help you sleep? It's true! Some people find static noise helpful; when relaxing, sleeping, or trying to concentrate.
Often white noise can "even out" other ambient noises in the environment (like cars or people talking nearby) but white noise can also be soothing on its own.
Color Noise refers to specific sounds created through static. Each color has a different properties and strengths within different frequencies. This creates unique sounds that are helpful in different ways. For example, "pink noise" is used to help test audio equipment, and "blue noise" can occur from a nuclear process.
Since each color sound is unique, I created a playlist covering all the basic sounds and their colors. Each video has over 10 hours of a specific color noise, set to a dark screen so you don't have to worry about any light from your device! Maybe there's a specific sound you'll enjoy the most!

It’s specially helpful for people who Tinnitus. Helps mask the constant ringing in the sound masking. Dj’s , Army people most experience it, even to loud music. I have been listening to white noise as it masks my tinnitus. Its better to have a ear plug for loud parties, its been 7 years i have tinnitus , i have 10 hrs of white noise in my KZbin downloads. Save your ears friends.

I have both ADHD and very sensitive hearing something is too loud or not right then it annoys me really bad and I just cannot focus. Concentrate or sleep, but I found yellow noise tonight with my ADHD.And my anxiety because it sounds like a canyon falling bc of my anxiety but yellow noise is quiet and calm and doesn’t sound like static. Static really annoys my anxiety and sensitivite hearing I am so happy that I have these to sleep and thank you if you have stayed long enough to read this thank you ❤❤❤

I have ADHD, brown noise helps me fall asleep, at work the window unit (air) makes it hard for me to concentrate, makes me feel like my brain is numb but not sleepy.

Yellow, orange, and brown noise are my faaaaavorites😌. Anything that sounds like the furnace blowing in the house I grew up in 🤔or falling asleep with the car window open in the summer🤷🏽‍♀️ Thanks for the explanation. i use brown noise to fall asleep but while i find it effective, for a long time i thought the explanation would be something similar to an astrologer talking about star signs. i like that this video aint the nonsense i thought it would be lol

i don't have trouble sleeping. Is there a reason I should invest another 5 minutes of my life? Also I clicked over to the colour noises link. I am intrigued by the different colour noises but it might be a more prudent use of my time if these could be incorporated maybe one minute of each into one link. Actually the melding and/or crossover of our senses is what intrigues me most .I guess it was my putting "sound" and "colours" in the search box that brought me here. Anyone have any more applicable intel I could be exploring?

For some, analogies to light frequency can be made, eg. white = all colors (= frequencies) are equally present; red = low frequencies are dominant (red is the visible color with the lowest electromagnetic frequency). Pink noise can be approximated as a blending of white and red noise. Black noise = no frequencies present, just like the color black is a lack of light at any frequency. Blue and violet noise have high frequencies most pronounced, just as the colors have the highest electromagnetic frequencies in the visible spectrum.

Please explain to a rookie to coloured noises ,on understanding how all light is white unless it’s altered by something ( see told u rookie) so how other than water,is blue blue as you mentioned it and brown noise is the ocean 😖but saying that the river Mersey is brown!
