Love this! You say it's about the process but this had a proper right on little narrative, perfectly blended soundtrack and mini film. Definately want to know what happened to the moth when it landed, what it encountered and just as importantly, what it sounded like in a musical context.

What I like about Tobin is that his landscapes sound very organic, even though there is a lot of DSP going on. I love Richard Devine's stuff, but sometime's it's too VST-ish. Amon is the perfect contrast to that.

RD is more free form experimental. Tobin has a very specific theme he's running on and i've followed him since the early 2000s and i can say he's been extraordinarily consistent with that theme. the word "stale" is not in this man's dictionary.
