@@stevebartlett536 Like disco, that countless people loved, the media and a hostile movement decided to hate on it for really no good reason. So we're not supposed to like it, as members of society that can't think for ourselves. I've enjoyed this genre since I was a child, introduced to it via my grandfather back when easy listening stations were on the FM dial. I will always enjoy it, and not just for nostalgia, but for the mood it offers that no other genre does. It's elegant, relaxed and joyful.

A couple things about a trip through this nostalgia in "going back." #1 Your mind transport is absolutely free. #2 You can "escape" to it anytime you want. An exclusive "mind vacation" to soothe and relax your mind, body, and soul.

Here in Italy this was the kind of music broadcasted with fixed monoscope image waiting for the mid afternoon tv programs (i.e. sport..) Always loved these pieces of music! I am wondering why it was marked as "muzak".... We had very good musicians for it, too! Pietro Umiliani is one of them.

22:05 Edd Kalehoff - Spring Waltz, 25:01 - Santi Latora - Skyscrapers, 29:07 - Keith Mansfield (can't think of the name of that one, I have it somewhere), 31:40 - Ivor Slaney - Window Gazing, 42:00 - Paul Mauriat - Copacabana, 42:43 - Tommy Dorsey - Tea for Two Cha Cha Cha, 45:30 - Edd Kalehoff - Deja Vu, 47:33 - Los Destellos - El Boogaloo del Perro, 50:35 - Rainbow Orchestra - Seven Days Later, 59:45 - Enoch Light - Soulful Strut, 74:00 - Sounds like something Carlos Cordara would do, 80:00 - Claude Bolling - Boeing 747 from L'année Sainte, 82:00 - Absolutely certain this is Tony Hatch Orchestra - ???, and... I'll Paypal $10 to the person with the name of the song at 89:45 - It's a film score that has eluded me. Also, I'd love to have a cleaner copy of Werner Tautz's - Foxy Roxy at 96:50, my copy has another song mixed over the beginning. The Soulful Strings - I can't help dancing at 101:15, they were based in Chicago and got a fair amount of airplay. I think the last song in Enoch Light, but not certain, but I think I have that LP.

Also I like the fact that you've added a type of effect to the video that makes it look like the wow and flutter of a VCR

LOL i thourght it was a vireo about the casette player. ( i had the same model back then . because the right way to load the tape. are to place it at the bottom and then slide it all the way up .. 😁 but the music are nice and easy to listen to. 👍 /michael

Heard some horn sounds in this one that might have been Herb Alpert ? Enjoying your Channel and find myself deliberately & often listening /playing your offerings in the background as a regular radio station while going about my daily business in the office .. lol

I love this music. Not just that "ah well it is Muzak style" Nope this is excellent. Great styles of cha-cha, jazz, meringue and that is the tip of the proverbial iceberg. I look forward to anything new that is of a similar vein. Hearing the cassette turn over. Nostalgic!

LOL, at this point, I don't know if the fact that the video is blurry enough that the cassette can't be read is on purpose or not. Either way, well done, it gives it a good vibe (even if I really wanted to read the labels on the cassette, haha.)
