Great video! Thanks for the shout out haha. Interesting technique using the Bp and binding to the events. Had not considered doing that way. Does your version save the CBM profile on adjustment? I may have missed that in your vid, scrubbing to find if you did haha. Just a heads up to others, I believe this video is in 5.2 as the sound drop down in 5.2 is called "Audio", but in 5.1 it is in the "Sounds" drop down.

Great point! This is in 5.2 so you are correct about the menu renaming. I did not set up saving the CBM on adjustment but for those reading this reply, this is something you should definitely be looking into especially if you are utilizing something like this across multiple levels.

This is great! Just a tip, try filtering your main folder for Metasounds assets and selecting the sounds that you'll add the same bus to, then right click and select Asset Actions>Bulk Edit via Property Matrix... You can change them all at once, instead of doing one by one. :)

You can absolutely do that. For the sake of the tutorial I wanted to go one by one just to make sure everyone could see exactly what was going on, but definitely a great tip.

Thanks a lot for the video! :) Regarding the assignation of the Control Bus to multiple sound sources, you can also select them > right click > Asset Actions > Bulk Edit via Property Matrix. From there you can look for the Modulation section and apply the same Control Bus to all the assets involved. Hope this helps^^

Do you have any tutorials on having a player be able to adjust the equalizer (hi, mid, low) on a song in real time in u5? Can’t seem to figure this out I am trying to do it using sound classes and sound class mix but the option for eq doesn’t seem to work

Firstly, definitely not a stupid question. Secondly, I should have covered this in the video. At 16:55 when I start explaining adding the separate Control Busses to sliders, you can add another "Set Control Bus Mix by Filter" node and in the address put CB_Main (or whatever you called the one you added to your Master Sound Class in your project). Since this control bus is on the master sound class, it'll bring down everything. Hope this helps.

How to control volume of all sounds during real time ? i didnt see solution how to control volume value during gameplay ( not menu) lets say i push whatever button and all sounds of CB_SFX is set volume 50%
