I was the same as Blarg, all 4 of my wisdom teeth grew in impacted & I had to have all of them broken/drilled because they were so deep. Worst part was the smell, good lord the smell of drilled tooth is nasty, the sound didn't bother me but damn that smell was terrible. Funny part was at the beginning, the dentist didn't mix the nitrous & oxygen quite right so I got a BIG dose of laughing gas that made the whole room look like rainbow waves. Good times!

I remember the picture Dooo was referring to. If I remember correctly, the girl was killed in a car accident and essentially all that was left of her face was a few teeth, bits of hair and caved in skull. Really awful case both due to the nature of the accident and the heavy circulation of the image. It was sent to her family constantly either outright or by people pretending to be her / someone she knew in order to fool people into opening an email ect. Doesn’t surprise me someone sent Dooo that.

51:53 I have 2 stories like that: 2 Years ago, I collapsed at work, went to the hospital, and found out I had colitis. Anyhow, when I first got into the hospital, they decided to draw blood for testing and they stuck in this little tube that is supposed to hook into the IV bag and/or the syringes they use to draw blood, took the blood, and then just let the tube go. The result was a puddle of my blood on the floor and my new pants being absolutely ruined. And another time: When I was in middle school, I got H1N1 [swine flu] and had to go to the ER cause of how badly it hit me. Anyhow, I got there and they determined that I was severely dehydrated, so they hooked me up to an IV -- But the nurse trying to put the IV in missed my vein, in the same little spot, 5 or 6 times, and just kept trying over and over again right at the same spot. So at the point she got the IV into my actual vein, there was just a decently sized hole on my flesh right next to it, and my veins are extremely prominent, so I dunno how the bitch missed it so many times.

Nice! Loathe and Dying Wish came to my city and this was outside the Code Orange is out for blood tour! Me and a friendling went to the small venue and the energy their was extremely raw and powerful, eventually I ended up meeting the lead singers of Dying Wish and catching a pick from the guitarist and when the concert was coming to an end, the majority of the venue including myself ended up with Loathe on stage when they played their last song. Ended up meeting the lead singer and the guitarist for Loathe and they are just the coolest people I've met in my entire life all because my friendling introduced me to Loathe. Extremely jealous that Soup actually met up with Vended themselves, would definitely want to see them pass by my town sooner or later if there is a venue open for them.

I had an expander and they still use it, it got stuck in my gums and they had to saw it out. I also had head gear it just was strapped and attached to my molars pulled my teeth back and i couldn’t get it in any more so they stopped that. They also had me wear partial braces so just the top. Then a retainer now I’m wearing braces and I’m getting them off on Monday then another retainer

late monday podcast, let's goooo! edit: wow, speaking of IV horror stories. There was one time when I was a kid going in for a surgery. A nurse that was clearly newer tried to setup an IV for me, but she wasn't properly tying the rubber band around my arm to get the vein to appear. She had to keep trying using different spots. First was at the elbow as normal, then on the forearm. She had to get another nurse to help and eventually they settled on my WRIST. So this super long needle was jammed into my wrist, preventing me from moving my hand or else I'd feel a sharp pain. I'm usually fine with needles but getting stabbed 4 times, including the wrist, was not a good time.
