More tests. Doing these have helped me improve in so many ways, some are simple lighting tests, some animation, some framing. I love doing these because it lets me work with amazing models I want to use, and I don't have to commit to a huge project.
I don't actually remember the music, sorry. I spent 20 bucks on it though.
Took 2 months and a week to make, I created as ideas came to me, I didn't want to force any of it.

I wonder if one day we’ll have an actual theatrical release of an animated movie done completely in Source Film Maker. The games and animations that come from it may be a little old, but it’s almost impossible to say that it will become outdated anytime soon.

they are all so gooooood my favorite is TF2 only because of how much you can do with it just like what you did with the medieval demoking and spy mourning scouts death (because they hate each other normally) and also scout staring at roboscout its all great. also the overwatch ones are really good especially the soldier one. (the giant robot one is a childhood friends of mine yay)

There is something about games... (0:22) ..that makes us feel. Some sense of place.. ..and story.. ..that touches us. And lets us connect to worlds... ..on the far side of imagination. It lets us feel their pain. (1:08) Their courage. (1:18) Their journey... (1:26) ..which we are so lucky to share. (1:34) That changes us. (1:44) And we will never forget.

I have a few questions, the first being where you get such beautiful forest maps, like the one in your "routine" video. And the second being about lighting, do you use color correction or something with the scene lights, like the part with the Dry Bones above the lava, I've seen people do both, what do you recommend?
@ArodoraaSFM
@ArodoraaSFM 7 жыл бұрын
Nearly everything I do is scenebuild, so I made the forest in Routine out of a CRAPTON of props. I usually don't have to color correct, or if I do it's VERY small changes, all lighting is done in SFM (I usually use around 80-100 lights per scene, in a lot of cases) Color correction can actually help quite a bit though. helps give things a more cinematic look.
