I’ve hummed and hawed about sending you a wee message Joe as my own situation is eerily similar to what you’re going through. I lost my partner, home and beloved pet to her new life and career in another country. I started watching you and Ben and Emily around the time it was all happening. You guys helped me more than I can say and inspired me to hopefully get a boat. I honestly don’t know how a would’ve got through things without you guys distracting and inspiring me. I’ve always thought that you are an incredibly likeable chap and I know you’ll win through in the end. Your genuine nature really shines through. Keep on going sir and thank you for helping me when I needed it. I just wish I could do similar for you. ❤️

Hey Joe, so sorry to hear about You and Danni breaking up. I do know how your feeling and it will get better, just give yourself time to heal and time to adjust to your new reality. I, like so many of your subscribers, will be sticking around :) I'm loving the new name and the content (Had to play catch up, as been out of it (life) for a while, binge watched the last 8 videos or so) Keep your chin up mate, keep busy and remember that we, as viewers/youtube family value YOU and wish you nothing but happiness for your future. I love that you give a shoutout for Mens Mental Health. I have suffered from severe PTSD and clinical depression for over 40 years and wouldn't be here if not for the continuing help I receive and am grateful for. I can smell that beautiful bread! I have been attempting to make sourdough for a year now with some success. We travel away in our caravan and I have been making frypan sour bread bread as we don’t have an oven. Is that one of your homemade jams also Joe? Cheers from Australia love your channel.

I watch a lot of narrowboaters, I watch a lot of bread bakers. Nice to see both together. Watch Scott Rea's Welsh Rarebit video and try that with your white loaf. I think you'll be very happy! Be nice to see you develop the bread baking side of your channel. You're actually doing it in a challenging environment vs. everyone else with their large fancy kitchens!

Paulaner is also from München. Berlin beer is generally pretty poor. Berliner Kindl with a shot of raspberry syrup is good with roast suckling pig, but that’s its own thing. If you were thinking St. Pauli, that’s from Hamburg. The big six breweries in München are Hofbräu, Spaten-Franziskaner, Augustiner, Hacker-Pschorr, Paulaner and Löwenbräu

Hi Joe, bread looks fantastic , one thing I must say and it’s probably a little bit of a correction as I am a Baker by trade a chef cooks, a baker bakes. It probably sounds a little bit silly, but we do not cook on top of the oven. We actually use the oven. Just a little bit of a correction, and most people wouldn’t know. I am not a cook.
