To feed the starter, you'll need:
50g mature, active starter
200g bread flour
50g whole wheat flour
200g water, 85-90F (29-32C)
For two loaves of bread:
805g bread flour
75g whole wheat flour
680g water, 90-95F (32-35C)
20g fine sea salt
216g starter
