Lord in heaven!!! Those are the most BEAUTIFUL loaves of my absolutely FAVORITE bread I've ever had. I love chewy, crusty, and of course rosemary & garlic. Looks like a full weekend project, but I rarely actually GO anywhere anyway, so what better could I do every few days??? I pay $5 US for a loaf HALF that size locally and no garlic. Just rosemary & olive oil. Not even sourdough!!! THANK YOU GRACIOUSLY for sharing this recipe / video!!!!❤😊

Your bread turned out so perfect!!!! Love your technique. Thank you for sharing. I will try your method for fluffier bread. I just started learning how to bake sourdough bread and mine is too dense. Tastes good at least 😅

Hi, thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I wanted to ask if it is possible to replace the sourdough with dry yeast? If so, how many grams of yeast should I add to the dough?

Sadly I was enjoying making these artesian loaves also. DH said he can't eat them the crust is to difficult for him to chew. So Im now doing softer breads with just as much enjoyment and he's happier.

Lovely loaf 😊😊😊 - is it really necessary to laminate the garlic/rosemary paste? I use a kitchen mixer, surely it would be simpler to mix the paste in when kneading the dough? I admit it treat my dough less delicately than you and probably lose some spring as a result. Best wishes from 🇨🇭

Hello, sure you can mix the paste while kneading the dough. You will still have a nice oven spring if you do it right. Mix the dough at a low speed for 3-5min. You don't have to laminate it. Give it a few folds and a good shaping. Thank you for your comment 😊😊😊

Do you need to do anything to the starter the night before?
@Pin-kitchen8 ай бұрын
Hi. If you plan to mix the dough early in the morning. You can feed the starter before bedtime. 1:2:2 or 1:3:3 depends on how long you want to let it rise. Or you can feed it the morning 1:1:1 and let rise at a warmer place . It should be ready to use in 4h-6h.
