@@macicooks1707 Are you still in Texas? We remodeled our kitchen this spring. Much of the stuff from the old kitchen is still in other rooms!

Like many others, at the start of COVID I created a starter and began baking sourdough bread weekly. However, my family became less interested so I backed off. My starter has been in my refrigerator for at least six months totally neglected with a layer of black liquor on top. I keep telling myself I’m going to revive but never do. Have you ever revived a starter?
