Make some sourdough pretzels with me! I accidentally said 2 tbsp salt and meant tsp!
Recipe:
125 g sourdough starter
250 g water
10 g of sugar (give or take to your liking!)
2 tsp salt
500 g bread flour
Water bath:
1 liter water
60 g baking soda
Bake @ 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes
Each pretzel was cut to weight 89 grams
