Yes, there have been times when i thought for sure I would have to discard my dough, but I stuck with it, and it turned out fine.@MuscleMommaSourdough

What is that pan that you used in the oven? Looks like bamboo. Did you cook it in that?

@@Tabbs909 it’s a stoneware bread baker and it has a dome that goes over to for the first half of baking.
