No need! At least to pay for them. There’s a million videos on baking and with enough time in the kitchen, you’ll get to this level. I got my first sourdough starter going and make 2 loaves a week with it. At first it was a little iffy but I’ve got it down to a science now. If you don’t have a pizza oven like this girl, a Dutch oven does wonders when making bread

@@jamesmorrison7989 The good thing about a class is you can go somewhere and not have a bunch of leftover ingredients, a mess, dishes, and instead you go, learn, and leave. It's a seamless experience and if somebody has the money and wants to do it I don't why discourage them.
