I love the fact Achnologia doesnt even go full force against anybody at anyone time. Not only is he the strongest Character in FT but has one of the best backstories ever...Once yall finish the Tartous arc you have to watch the Dragon Cry Movie it will explain alot of what happens afterwards.

This is probably the most memorable episode in Fairy Tail, and one of the most memorable of all time. It's hard to think of any scene that made me feel as hopeless and helpless as this one, and there is only one other example I can remember of a villain introduction that brought a sense of calamity like Acnologia's (It is in Chainsaw Man if you're wondering, the anime hasn't gotten that far yet. For manga readers: "name list" is what I'm talking about.), but even that one didn't look as unbeatable, as terrifying as Acnologia was. You put it perfectly. "This was the first time Natsu said everything would be okay, and it didn't convince me."

Zeref said it was gonna be the end of an era. It would have be good if it could have be a really different era for the anime.
