Love this series. Its one of the best action series. Whole crew was almost just stuntman/people directing action scenes so they rly knew what they doing and it really gets better and better and they crank it up. Fun fact: before going into the club John chats with Francis, he asks him if he lost weight and Francis said yes 20 kilograms. Actually that was a code, saying to John there are 20 enemy people inside the club. Since he gave John valuable information he was let go unharmed.

Neat fact. When guard said lost 60 kilos was letting John know how many enemies inside. 60. That's why John let him go for assisting him. Also note the first 3 movies take place in about 2 weeks and last one about 6mo later according to director who was his stunt guy and coordinator in Mateix movies fyi

Notice the shot count per clip..They, the writers/Stuntmen and staff filming kept it very accurate and made him change magazines when the gun would normally run out of ammo. Notice the side flick of the pistol to help eject the magazine. Keanu Reeves invented and fine tuned it and now firearms trainers are teaching it because it has a faster reload time than without. Keanu is the man !
