They should be rebuilding Berea, Hillbrow, Yeoville and the CBD above anything else- tear down Sandton and plant a cactus field. These bombastic pseudo Tuscan mansions are real eyesores. Joburg used to be such an aesthetic garden city when there was a comprehensive city planning strategy in place. Sad!

An estate agent is just a salesman and they always talk up the sales pitch. You wont get an unbiased opinion from one.

There is still too much (rich) WHITE people in South Africa. It hurts to see the minority white population living like kings and queens and the majority blacks still struggling to make a living. The government still can't put an end to apartheid.
