South Africa's Former President Jacob Zuma Barred From General Elections
Former South African President Jacob Zuma has been barred from contesting in the upcoming general election in May. While the Electoral Commission did not cite a reason, Zuma's previous conviction for contempt of court is likely seen as the reason for his disqualification. His support for the uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) party poses a challenge to the ruling African National Congress (ANC). Zuma, facing corruption allegations, served as president from 2009 to 2018. Despite the ANC's attempt to deregister MK, it was rejected. Zuma has until April 2 to appeal. Opinion polls suggest ANC's vote share might dip below 50%, with MK gaining ground, especially in Zuma's home region.

If Zuma is barred, then the whole of the ANC should be barred, as ALL the corruption and theft Zuma was guilty of, was done in the name of the ANC. Anyway, Zuma does not care about contesting. His son Duduzane Zuma sits in Dubai with the Guptas and all of South Africa's R Billions. Duduzane will be MK's candidate, not Jacob.

Men never learn! Macky Sall's party and government tried the same nonsense in Senegal. That gimmick just made the opposition more angry and more determined. The result is that Macky Sall and his party paid the deserved price of folly. The same will happen to the ANC.

all that i can say about our SA people we need a young motivated president who can understand people and having an ideas on the tablet our old sheep of president there are useless in our eyes we have seen how they behave when it comes to power they behave like kids from daycare.we need someone who understand the power of hunger in our nation we need an open minded president who can understand the pain for the people and ready to listing for great ideas a president that service SA without thinking what he will eat tonight same go with the the mayors too no mores tenders tenders leaders in many opening doors of corruption money laundry bribes we need a leader who will say no to corruption and bribes thanks your for your time some SA people i need you have ideas to rebuild SA and together we can break the chains of corruption and bribes together we can make SA a better place for our kids and our future GOD bless us

Honestly speaking, let us just paurse for a minute and try to find out about the qualities which are being considered for electing someone to be the "President of any country that exists the in the planet. I guess i might be probably wrong when i say, having a good singing voice only, as well as talking a well balanced polished English language only, without a well-balanced brains thinking, might or definitely is not one of them, or even not near close to a possibility of being elected in the presidency position. Therefore, please those who have knowledge regarding this question, people will be happy to know the answer to that.
