South Africa's ruling party is on course to lose its longstanding majority.
The African National Congress finds itself outside of a majority for the first time in 30 years.
Most of the results are now in from the country's election and it has become clear the party, first led to victory by Nelson Mandela, will have to form a coalition to stay in power.
