Thanks I am my self a property investor on 4 property’s 3 are rental property’s. 1 property I have now for 15 years 2nd property 10 years 3 property now 1 year old all rental property’s one is in a retirement residence I am telling you all my property’s retirement are renting by me and it keeps on growing I am the only one in this property investment. I pay double on one property and my equity grows fast to get more property’s on hand. Thanks for the info!
