Also all ASEAN nations and include China did signing agreement for SCS peace and security safety before. But philippines was the one frist breaking the rule ok. Those reactors are already in operation today. Now hearing about it, means it is already done. Oil rigs are a hazard yet, so what is wrong with China floating Nuke Plants. Maybe the nuclear plants can actually powered a flying island.

@@slipperyslope5364 oil rigs don’t kill an entire planet if they melt down!! My wife was in Italy when Chernobyl melted down and lost only 3% of its potential radiation! Inside for weeks and was over the limits for safe human habitation. If it goes in the ocean it could kill the entire ocean! I was in Alaska salmon fishing the Japanese melt down has screwed things up and allegedly contained. I’m concerned obviously with nations rushing to do things especially in the ocean. I’d like to be able to fish, swim and breath and one melt down can destroy the entire Pacific Ocean!

It's meant to put the countries around south china sea a hostage. If the nuclear reactor blows up nearly everyone in southeast asia will suffer except China because they're far enough and they didn't even fish there until recently. Sadly, despite this being a serious red line that they would be crossing, nothing is holding their government accountable because their people are easily brainwashed by the CCP, even their fabricated historical claims are not supported by anyone's version of history but the CCP's.
