South Dakota Pheasant Hunting 11-03-2024

Got a somewhat easy limit at a WPA. Finally got a little moisture to cut the dust a bit. What a relief. Made for much better scenting conditions. I really enjoy that aspect of hunting when it's moist/wet, although it does lead to more false alarms. I'd love to know how long pheasant scent can stick around on wet grass & still be detectable.
