I can look at traffic from my car thanks, and I'd rather not walk into the cheaply made closets. Very poor materials for the price.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking too….those closets at least need to feature a California Closet set-up or something comparable to it.

Expensive property, but the worst kitchen design. Great Gaggenau appliances, but designed like for rental property. Cheap cabinetry, literally zero drawers and cheap quartz countertops. Waterfall solid surface island sides? Is this 2005 again? Maximum spent $15K on cabinetry and $40K on appliances. So sad. Appliances for a chef, but cabinetry for the student.

Yes- that was a common concern among buyers within this development. Nevertheless, the building is now sold out including this particular unit.
