I would not trust tata. So many big shots of corporate sector did and this is what they got. After what they did to people in raisina residency in ggaon by not getting a proper road for till date. It could have been a project with the best location but alas they failed in the end product. They built an extra tower 2 bed called victoria when FAR increased moving the club from there in sticking it between two buildings. Then they sold louvre ultra luxury with same flooring and lobbies like other towers making it not special at all. They could have given these guys their own gym at least. So not ultra luxury as promised. Dont trust their word when they say ultra luxury! Tata promises but never fulfils They are not the tatas we knew ! Would not recommend any project of theirs !

Talk to tata raisina in gurgaon. Its been years since you handed over the project and till date u have not used ur influence to get the planned road made. Residents are using the village road abd when it gets clogged were using the temp rear road and even that has been taken over by paras blocking the temp exit. Village road is not wide enough and is broken and at the end where it joins the main road drunks and where else booze shop customers drink in the open. The village road which turns into the road leading to main entry is in terrible shape. Have u ever bothered to get the road sanctioned from main gate to Mahindra /ireo grand arch road ? You leftvresidents in the lurch. Everything around tata is touching the sky but raisina rates are the lowest thanks to tata. An adminsterator runs the rwa as you have left everything in shambles. What is the use of your name if you cant give your projects a clear wide access road for gods sake. Everyone in tata is aware of this. Also you sold louvre as super luxury but louvre got same specs as others. Isnt this misrepresntation ? We can live with it but gove us a road for gods sake !

Everyone in tata is aware of this ! Live up to tata name whom we blindly followed believing in this project. You also promised nothing would be built behind tata but now 4s is building behind it 100 m from the hills. One side paras has closed our temporary rear gate exit. Come and see
