What I like to do is skim off the excess oil and foam and then add that to some rice while it’s cooking. Tastes incredible

I am chef and I love to cook n eat bt I can't always do tht ... I would highly recommend u consult dietician before doing anything. I still can't stop eating bt it hurts my stomach
