If you are a serious student, please please do not go to Korea or Japan to pursue higher education. It's not worth it, don't waste your youth there. Better look into Europe, at least it will give you mobility to other Schengen states. Best will be still be in English speaking countries like USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, etc. There is little strain nowadays everywhere, don't get discouraged or distracted. It's only a matter of time before things will roll back to normal in these countries.

If you are a serious student, you can do well in Korea as well. There are many students who did bachelor and masters in Korea and moved to the US and Australia for Phd. I would not probably recommend Korea for long term but in terms of quality of education they do provide quality education if you are a serious student so I would not say it is a time waste.

And I am planning to complete my IT engineering and move to USA for my masters Whenever I see such comments I really get demotivated and I fell like am I doing something wrong 😢 I hope everything goes well and I can achieve what I am planning to
