ang galing ng HHI ang galing nila mag purpose agad . nag papakita agad sila ng model . kumbaga offer agad kahit hindi pa napag uusapan . para nga naman makita ng pinas na meron sila magandang offer.

Yes. Proven ang HHI when it comes to faster construction of ship. But possible hindi sila ulit mag offer ng transfer of tech at local construction.

Okay yan dahil capable stealth ang design like CCG and others allies . Sa Navy focused na lng sa Frigates, Corvettes, Submarines and small boats like Shaldag missle boats. Sa PCG naman focused on Offshore Patrol Boats with Oto Melara 76mm Super Rapid Main Gun and Anti, Aircraft pang tapat sa CCG. Go Philippines!
