@krystian01287 жыл бұрын
AmnScottNN He's right, Christmas was actually not started by Christians but by Latin Romans. It was a period called as "Saturnals", celebrating the God Saturn. Also the Christian Religion took 90% of its base from already existing religions, like little pieces from every religion and formed this great religion we today know as Christianity.

I was stationed in South Korea from Jan 1994 to Jan 1995. I remember this event. Mission was a reconnaissance flight . The pilot got off course. North Korea shot them down without warning. The co pilot was killed the pilot taken prisoner for a month. Situation was tense. The North Koreans rummaged the shot up helicopter. The bag the pilot was carrying was a personal hygiene bag that is given to POWs. We were on alert and deployed to our staging areas to move if more hostilities were imminent. Seriously though. Good job not plowing us into those mountains or dropping us in Pyongyang guys. I appreciated your work ethic.
