The search warrant by CIO was illegal. This arrest was coordinated by the DP leader as he wants to have the new election to happen ASAP before he himself gets arrested for his case. Martial law is constitutional in the national emergency which was the case. DP impeached 29 government officials and paralyzed the country and this was why Yoon declared the martial law. They are also calling Yoon’s decision to deploy Korean army to help Ukraine and sending news flyer balloons to North Korea as insurrection. The pro Yoon protesters are 10 times bigger than the anti Yoon’s.
