Really happy to see a good long episode like you used to do. 30-35 minutes is best length for a food and travel show. It isn't too long or too short. Fabulous episode, great going.

harish sir small chicken is tender usually used more in tandoori and biryani the vendors sell more small chicken top restaurants and the bigger chicken is sold to regular buyers by the supplier small chicken breaks down faster and due to less development of protein structure its more softer or tender

Bali ji mutton takes more time to get cooked then chicken ... but in both the cases while its dum Biryani or its tandoori mutton in both the cases mutton is more soft juicy n tender bcoz of its fat content... while cooking tandoori mutton Barra mutton is kept to be tender by applying raw Pappaiya or pineapple juice or a spice called kachri... that makes mutton more tender n juicy... 😬👍🏻

Great review again Harish bai! Its nice to know that you are open to trying new types of food as i remember at the start of the video you said that you will only try fish and no other seafood, but u decided to try prawns as well.Thats a good quality for a food critique. I eat lots of seafood and from my experience good prawns are those that 1)do not smell fishy 2) have a nice bite to them and flesh should not be powdery or easily disintegrated 3)they should be cleaned well,back of prawn should be cut to remove the dirt which is in the prawn. Overall great video bai and looking forward to your next episode.Hope to see you trying more new things.Where Non-Veg is concerned u may also wish to try the food at Jai Jawan at Linking Road.They are very famous for their fried prawns and tandoori chicken.

Mr.Bali..i have recently stumbled across your channel and am quite hooked on. Having watched Delhi, Amritsar and now Mumbai, I have a couple of observations: a) your honesty is the USP of your blogs and wide coverage is appreciable; b) your veg food reviews are far better than non- veg. To give you credit, you acknowledge your lack of subject matter expertise, however since you are a blogger and your veg food blog is the benchmark, the non veg blogs sound a little superficial. I am sorry but I thought of sharing this. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
@visa2explore6 жыл бұрын
you are right non veg food does not come naturally to me.... viewers and subscribers push me to do non veg food as well.. no body in my family eats non veg food... in fact i am also 99 percent veg...now as a food blogger i can't avoid non veg food but yes can reduce it... like 20 percent content around non veg food... i think over time i am trying to improve there.... if you notice coorg non veg food you may find some progress... but yes need to work on it... plus i am trying my best to improve the content over all.... thanks a lot... i am so glad that you saw couple of episodes on visa2explore...... I would not agree on that, as Harish ji says what he precisely feels about the food. Its not just about saying food is good or not. You need to go into the crux to describe why the food tastes good or not so good, which he does, and thats his style which makes the videos not just good but gives knowledge about the food as well.

Being a Delhiite, when I first tried neer dosa with chicken curry, I instantly became a fan of it. Now whenever I'll go to Mumbai, I'll have neer dosa with every gravy dish. Another point to be noted, that prawns are high on cholesterol. Having once, twice or thrice in 40-45 days is OK, but it should not be eaten on a regular basis.

Harishji you should have told your view Delhi viewers one important thing about eating fish, which is taking precaution to remove its bones, which is also called "kante". If by mistake you eat one them then it will trouble you a LOT. By the way the fish you are eating, pomfret has only a single central bone, which is easy to remove. Generally in my home, the head section of this fish is not eaten, don't know why, similarly its fins and tail is also not to be eaten. The explanation you gave about biryani contents and its preparation was very good. if you want you can order "Kokum" online and eat it whenever you want. Generally its put in vegetable gravies to give it a tangy flavour. I even have Kokum sharbat with lemon soda, try it at your home in Delhi

Ponphret and lep both are juicy. U tried tandoor style in pomphret so it seemed juicy, any fish which is deep fried will not stay juicy, to keep it juicy while being deep fried, coating in form of besan or rawa is used in some style, further to add the best fish is kingfish called surmai also, filwoed by pomphret and bombil, nombil has no taste of its own but the way it’s flesh melts in mouth is extremely enjoyable and any qty falls short, Surmai on the other hand has to be chewed and a thick slice fried on high flame is awesome and nothing will come close to, when it comes to food,, another sea food is a female big wristful size of crab,, try this
@bosgaurus16 жыл бұрын
visa2explore, You are absolutely correct. Fresh fish does not smell like fish. The same can be said for fresh shrimp. Properly cooked shrimp should be moist. Shrimp is slightly sweeter in taste than fish or chicken. It does have more texture than fish, and you are right, it is less chewy than chicken. Rubbery shrimp, meaning very chewy, is a sign that it has been cooked too long.

visa2explore looking means your look, your wardrobe, your words, your style to talk to another people etc..... That is looking in my view,. Which is excellent.....

And second thing I haved watched less non veg food videos which you have uploaded from different different places. Because I will not enjoy them thoroughly I will just like places. So I said those words. If my words hurt you by any way then I apologise.

thanks but i guess this video has got many dislikes may be because of not so good explanation on non veg food....
@amandeepsinghtomar51626 жыл бұрын
Sir experience is the key. You have got an amazing start and people are liking your videos. It is ok to get some dislikes it is not a big deal. Me and my friends like your videos and we get honest reviews so this is all that matters. Don't let these dislikes make you feel bad about it. I tell you this is an amazing start and you have a lot to go through. Just keep your work going and you will definitely get the best results. We love your work.

Sir i felt that u were not comfortable while eating the non- veg items... may be bcz of ur petite experience with non-veg cuisine... i am a subscriber of ur channel and i regularly watch ur videos... i enjoy watching ur food survey and the kind of honesty u throw in while tasting the food.. while having veg meals it seems u really enjoy ur meal and give reviews with ur extreme experience .. but for non-veg u must try it twice in a week and after few months u will be able to judge them properly. In delhi u can try mutton at the famous road side restaurant/ dhaba known as Ashok and Ashok at sadar bazaar and u can also explore at jama masjid corridors which is a non veg food hub.. best of luck sir 👍

Hello harish ji, I just finished MP series that was awesome and pretty much fast video. But now in maharashtra episodes I have seen that it's little bit slow otherwise explanation was superb.
