I just love how you explain things and narrate your experience. Lovely video! Also, jowar n bajra are different things. One is pearl millet n one is sorghum. Bajra roti is dark grey in color, jowar is off-white. 😊
@visa2explore6 жыл бұрын
thanks for your input on bajra and jowar....
@paradisefinish56023 жыл бұрын
We love the way you explain and also the way you eat 👍 Harishji there's vast difference between jowar and bajra. Lookwise, and characteristics also. Jowar is cooling and Bajra is heaty therefore used in cooler seasons/places.☺

Don't get discouraged by the comments of people who are saying that your views on non-veg food are immature. Everyone has a learning curve and I see that you have quite improved from your previous non-veg food videos. So, carry on the good work and do make non-veg food videos in the future.By the way, aapka accent marathi hindi ho gaya Mumbai jaa ke.. :D hahaha..

Jowar and Bajra are called Sorghum and Pearl Millet respectively in English. We eat a flatbread called "Bhakri" made out of these. Nachni and Rice flour is also used to make bhakris. The bhakris are gluten free so are healthier than Wheat rotis. We in Maharashtra eat a popular meal of Jhunka and Bhakri. Of course there are many more meals involving Bhakri as well.
@visa2explore6 жыл бұрын
thanks for sharing these inputs.... oh! i noticed that i missed clear conversation about Bhakri during this visit bcoz of lack of knowledge on this subject... but yes when i travel again to Maharashtra i guess after one or two years i will try my best to cover this in detail... thanks again

Just one request sir, wenever u r going to visit any city, plz mention it before so that the subscribers who are locals over there, can guide u in a better way regarding wat to eat, & at which place..coz u made wrong choices at Noor Mohammedi n Shalimar.. U missed legendary places like 'Bohri Mohalla' and 'Zakeria Masjid Street' at JJ flyover..wich are paradise of non veg food during night.. Also Bademiya is overhyped...charging a bomb n serving less quantity!
@sadafkazi77346 жыл бұрын
N plz sir dont listen to non veg food haters! U r doing a great job.. A food explorer should explore every kind food! Be it a veg or non veg.. Wat matters most is the authenticity and its taste!

@visa2explore6 жыл бұрын
not that... many people are saying that i should do only veg bcoz i am not able to talk about non veg food bcoz i eat little non veg... so not able to talk about it properly....
@afrazkhan4186 жыл бұрын
Harish ji this time not only were the audio transitions smooth but the background overlay while you were reviewing the food were great as well. I noticed that the background score used in the Gomantak segment was new (a bit like jazz) which is again a pleasant change. In the Shalimar restaurant segment at 20:58 till 27:00 the ambient lighting conditions and video quality were amazing! I would like to point out the wholesome food review that you do. Most of the food reviewers both good and the bad focus solely on the food. While some of them miss the preparations , others mainly try to cover the background and history of the food but very rarely does anyone talk about balancing the main food dishes with a healthy side of a digestive aid such as the Solkadhi. Your reviews cover all the above aspects and I believe they should completely satisfy the majority of your viewer base. Harish ji one more thing I'd like to point out is that in the Bademiya segment at 12:51 you mention that Bademiya is approx. 3 km from the place where you stayed. I remembered that in South Mumbai Food journey Episode 3 you had planned a meetup in Dadar West but unfortunately nobody could make it. So I thought that in the video description you may also share the address info about the place where you &/or your crew stays. This will serve two purposes: 1. For those viewers who are planning on visiting the cities covered in your videos will get to know beforehand where to stay if they want to be near the food joints that you have reviewed. 2. If you wish to plan any future meetups based on the growing subscription base of your channel and on popular demand then you may book the conference room of the hotel(s) where you are staying. Higher cost of booking in five star hotels can be an issue but you may give it a try. Although the address provided in the video description mentions that Bademiya is behind Hotel Taj Mahal but it may not be necessary that you also stayed in the same hotel, that is why I suggested that along with the addresses of the restaurants you may mention the addresses of the places where you have stayed.
@visa2explore6 жыл бұрын
thanks for noticing the progress, just trying hands to improve by each video, on personal side i am focussing on avoiding unncessary talk, keeping length under control and bringing variety to food in one episode. shalimar yes you are right, i did shoot on 4th floor, i reached there at 7 pm and this section they open at 8 pm, so no background noise at all.....so kind of environment in control one can say... location of hotel i will mention here, normally i mention about the hotel in the clip where it is featured but since i mentioned about this here in this episode so logically i should have mentioned about this in description. meet up's yes you are right , for now i am wondering why are the videos on this channel not doing well... i mean 30 to 40k views in 24 hours or may be 70 to 80k views in one week are far from the level that can support me on this thing... as of now i am trying to do everything that can help improve the content, with the thought.... content is king..... nice to have your info detailed one on what is not right and what needs improvement.... thanks again

actually i am looking at covering one city from each state to bring variety to food on this channel.... which is perhaps the reason i thought to cover Amrtisar or Punjab.... since chandigarh is like capital for both Punjab and Haryana plus big city in itself i am keen to cover
