I am really happy you would be covering Bihar as well, cuisinewise Bihar is very similar to Bengal and Odisha but has its own specialties. As Bihar is a multicultural, multilingual state (Maithili and its dialects 51%, Magahi 22% and Bhojpuri 27% of population respectively are native languages of Bihar out of which Maithili is recognized in 8th Schedule of constitution), food tends to vary across four regions in Bihar: East Bihar (Anga region - Bhagalpur and Purnea are main cities in this region), North Bihar (Mithila region - Darbhanga, Begusarai and Muzaffarpur are main cities in Mithila), South Bihar (Magadh Region - Patna and Gaya are main cities in this region) and West Bihar (Bhojpuri region - Motihari, Chhapra and Sasaram are main cities in this region). Sir it is an humble request to cover cuisine from each of 4 regions in Bihar. In my experience, cuisine in Mithila region is most diverse and delicious. My hometown Bhagalpur is famous for sarso-base fish curries, baigan with fish head, pitthas, chikna jhol, ghaanti, katarni chura, jardalu aam and street food like Jhaal-Mudi, Roll etc. Please do visit.
