That’s more like 18 12 frames pew second to create that 2d/stop motion movement. 24 fps is what film uses and it doesn’t look choppy.

I don't have the best eye for this stuff and the KZbin compression makes it hard to see much of anything, but I think some of the animations in gameplay have reduced FPS? Like not reducing the whole game FPS but stylistically making the character or enemy move in fewer frames to imitate that style of animation.

There's some Kena vibes in this which is definitely a good thing IMO. Also really like the variable frame rate - gives it a nice stop motion feel to it which is a cool design language

I have never been but would love to visit after seeing this, the walking dead VR game and new Haunted Mansion movie. I saw a great travel show(also VR but video) about which I liked. My only issue is that I don't drink alcohol and that seems to be the biggest tourist draw in your biggest tourist street.

Looks pretty, but the music in the end didn't fit the action. It sounded like a cheerful musical bit, but the situation was tense and nobody on screen seemed to be singing. The few dialogues and comments clashed with the voices of the song. That was very confusing.

The game itself actually looks nice overall and I'm glad they are exploring an interesting and underused part of American culture. Like I said in my first comment, make your game diverse without hiring a hate group to write it. I have no issue with diversity and, in the case of this game, I'd be complaining if the protagonist were white since it wouldn't fit the setting. The issue is specifically the involvement of Sweet Baby Inc.
