They didn't have to be right about message or go out of way to say so and so is who we should point and laugh. It doesn't matter if the boys were right or moral, what matters is if you had fun and laughed. Much like the Simpsons these are not people should be looking for life advice.

Yeah I'm not too sure about the messages in this episode. Sure, frivolous lawsuits are bad, but lot of government money goes to allowing rich moguls to file for bankruptcy without consequences, pay $0-$750 in taxes a year and dodge the IRS, when a person working in a fast food chain pays more than that, and so on. It's like the rich telling middle class that their cost and prices are because of the poor when really it's because middle class pays more tax than the rich. The actual solution is proper taxing of billionaires so that when someone DOES go through they can get proper compensation AND there's enough to fund the system. The rich have put forth this idea that we only have money for choice A or B, but the reality is that there's enough for A, B, C and D. We don't have to choose. However they find loop holes to not pay properly, then things are underfunded, which allows errors to take place, which causes negligence and then the underfunded org (like a school) is forced to pay out. So now they have even less funds. So they hire even less reputable people that's cheaper. So more issues happen. Sure, if people just took the pain and sacrificed themselves and not sue it would alleviate the issue, but the true culprit are those above, not those below scrambling to survive a system that's been SA'd by their greed. And do we really need an episode telling people not to believe victims? I'm not sure what that last phrase was supposed to mean if not that. SH cases are rarely frivolous (although not never), the frivolous lawsuits tend to be rich lawyers creating class action lawsuits against mostly private companies. How it burdens the system is by tying up so many cops, judges, and the legal system, NOT because schools and public organizations are losing money to lawsuits....
