I'm sitting here laughing because I just watched another video on cooking squash and I am shaking my head over how wrong it was. Then I stumbled over yours. Well!. I can already tell by the ingredients that yours is going to be a winner. I grew up in the South and I can appreciate good cooking. This is already looking delicious and you haven't even cooked it yet!!
