Fruit Cheesecake Salad
1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix
12 oz. whipped topping
1 lb sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 - 5oz cups strawberry yogurt
In large bowl, combine (gently) whipped topping and pudding mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refridgerate until serving. Stays good in fridge for a day or so.
The Best Squash Casserole
3 medium yellow squash, sliced or chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp mayo
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 sleeve Ritz Crackers
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, add squash. In seperate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients EXCEPT Ritz and butter. Stir to combine. Pour mixture over squash. Mix together butter and Ritz crackers and sprinkle topping over casserole. Place into greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake addtional 20-30 minutes or until browned.
