Love n light coming to you from a very warm (97 degree) Cocoa Beach Florida ⛱️.... I like the October idea...I'm also in Cape Canaveral and we can see the rockets launch...it's to bad the Artemis launch was scrubbed... 500k disappointed fans came here and then had to leave...it's really amazing and a blessing that I can go out the front door and watch the launches....have a happy night and a great new day tomorrow

Try the Pilsberry pumpkin spice roll with the heavy cream n brown sugar n cinnamon on top n bake 😮then you take the icing n mix it with couple spoons of pumpkin n little heavy cream n spread that on after baked for the icing n sprinkle little cinnamon sugar on top. Oooh, yes! Fall Food Friday! 😁 I wanted to participate last year but came down with Covid on September 18th & was hospital for it September 25th. In the hospital for 4 days then on oxygen at home for 3 weeks! I had never been hospitalized for anything ever b4...except when I was having children...it was crazy!? Needless to say my entire fall last year was pretty sad 😔-- This year, I told my kids we are doing fall to the 10th power!!! I want to do ALL things fall fun!! I want to eat so much pumpkin spice everything! Oh...we're going fall wild this year! 😁🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

I thought of you , Fallon Pumpkin Hand Pies ▢1 pie crust recipe, homemade or store-bought ▢2 cups pumpkin pie filling, homemade or store-bought ▢canola or vegetable oil, for frying Cinnamon Sugar Topping ▢¾ cup granulated sugar ▢1 tablespoon cinnamon Instructions Roll out the pie crust to ⅛-inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut the crust into 4-5-inch rounds. (You should get 26-28 pie crust rounds.) Add 1 heaping tablespoon of pumpkin pie filling to each round. Fold each mini pie crust into a half-moon shape. Use water to wet the edges of the crust to help seal each crust. Crimp with a fork. Cinnamon Sugar Topping In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Frying In a medium pot over medium heat, add 2-3 inches of oil. Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 375°F. Place 2-3 hand pies into the pan. Fry until golden brown (3-4 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel-lined cooling rack. (Before adding each batch of hand pies, make sure the temperature of the oil is at 375°F; it may cool down after each batch.) While the hand pies are still warm, dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve warm or cold.
