Hey family!! Today I'm back with a Meals Of The Day Video! We make a big old country breakfast with ham, eggs, and grits, chicken wraps for lunch, and instant pot beef stew for supper!

Instant Pot Beef Stew:
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds stew meat
2 TB vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz bag baby carrots
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 TB Worcestershire Sauce
2 1/2 cups beef broth
If the stew needs to be thickened when done make this cornstarch mixture and add to the pot. Sauté for about 10 minutes.
2 TB Cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Heat oil on Saute setting and add beef. Brown on all sides and remove from pot. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Add the celery and carrots. Add the salt, pepper, chili powder, and worcestershire sauce. Stir. Add the meat back in and pour in the beef broth. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes and do a 20 minute slow release of the pressure. Release any remaining pressure and add the cornstarch and water mixture if needed.
