Happy Monday my sweet family. I wanted to let you & everyone know that I got to go see my aunt that's in the hospital & she's doing doing better 🙌! She said to tell everyone that has prayed for her thank you & keep her in prayer bc that's what is keeping her going! I'll take a bowl of hoping John on this very cold day please & some beets .. love me some beets roasted or pickled or beet juice . Very good for you. Titus I also absolutely love beets and not the canned version. Fresh beets boiled til tender and just need butter, salt and pepper...YUM!! Aww, Manley wants his cowlick cut Momma ✂️ 😢. Bless his heart ❤️. Tonight my husband had cheese ravioli with marinara sauce and I made spicy creole shrimp and chicken over rice..so good 👍 😋. It’s freezing here in PA. I canned 9 quarts of vegetable soup. January is always soup canning month. I clean out all the frozen veggies, potatoes & onion from the garden bc I don’t want any of it to go to waste. Boy was it the day for hot soup! I love smoked sausage too, that looked yummy.

Yes, watch the birds! Also keep an eye on the pine trees. They will turn their needles up and almost look bushy before ice/snow comes. An older gentleman taught my daddy this years ago and it always proves true. The other week before the snow here in middle Georgia the trees were turned and the birds were feeding like crazy. They know more then us or the meteorologists do!
