I believe if SU had transitioned to brass Sousaphones. When the swac changed, there would be no debates. SU has always had great sousaphone players. There instrument limitations prevented there greatness. It's like a skilled race car driver using a pinto to race a amateur in a corvette. The skilled driver loses, as a result of his 🚗

What people have to realize also is that, SU just got those horns about 2019 right? Those horns have to be broken in and it takes about two to three years for that horn to really break in, listen to when they first got them and compare to now, this fall they will really be thumpin. Squad 24 all day!!!✌🏽
