I have said this on a few other vids but it keeps holding true. ASU has come a long way. They may be the most improved program over the last 10 years. They are continuing to grow and develop a definitive sound. Love 'em or hate 'em they are heading in the right direction. I realize that SU & JSU have been at the top of SWAC favorites list for a while but at the rate ASU is growing in popular, quality, and size one of the two previously mentioned program may have to take a back seat soon.

I'm old school SU and they got the battle by far. Cleaner more power with good attacks. ASU is very good and I give them major PROPS on THE WAY best song of the game. ASU is coming along but got a lot to learn before they can be compared to or get in the same class as the mighty SU.

I gotta say Bama State has came a long way, but we(Da Juke) is still on top, as usual. The hatin' and the "dick riding" comments are getting excessive! Unless they sound like total shit to the ears, I keep the comments to a minimum. A little changes here and there, but the U has pretty much kept the same format, although other HBCUs have changed their stlye to be a lot like ours. I guess its true, OFTEN IMITATED, BUT NEVER DUPLICATED...

Man I hate judging 5th Quarters in SU stadium. ASU was bringing it, however because of the way the bands are set up in the stands its kind of hard to tell whether or not SU was bringing the same kind of stank, even though conventional wisdom says they were--they probably were bringing more heat. On top of that it doesn't help that SU always faces forward instead of the opponent. But ASU was bringing some serious heat. Gotta give it to ASU based on this video.

Asu is a good band, I also watched them battle bcu from da meac n I was impressed until they ran out of songs, this year su trumpets have regained there power back which helps there balance n gives them much betta clarity, so Asu keep yo power n work on clarity, cuz wen yall got 3 or 4 rows of trumpets n dey not being heard...dats a shame keep two rows n switch ur weaker trumpets to f horn ull get a much betta sound until den yall got mo holders Dan blowers
