good job... as a fellow Texan I love these sweet watermelon rind preserves.. growd up eating them.. my granny made tuem for me until she was so old she couldn't do it anymore... I have made then for myself over the years and fixin to make me a batch today. Thank you for the simple straight forwars video.

12-18 months once it is canned properly. It can keep in the fridge too but not near as long.
