RTS Link Project Update - Feb'2025: Malaysia & Singapore’s Game-Changing Connection!

RTS Link construction project in Johor Bahru is start now
The RTS Link connects Bukit Chagar in Johor Bahru to Woodlands in Singapore, serving about 10,000 passengers per hour each way to help ease traffic congestion on the Causeway.
The RTS project is estimated to be RM3.7 billion after factoring in the relocation of the depot from Mandai in Singapore to Johor Bahru.
The RTS will not only ease congestion on the Causeway, the connectivity will also bring economic benefit to both cities.
The RTS Link will also continue to feature co-location of customs, immigration and quarantine (CIQ) facilities, so that passengers undergo CIQ clearance only once, at their point of departure.
The RTS Link stations will be well integrated with the local transport networks in each country.
When completed, the RTS Link will ease Causeway congestion, improve connectivity, foster people-to-people ties and generate shared economic and social benefits.

11:05 ohh bangunan ni paling tinggi di jb dan sesuai jadi hab kewangan jb sebab kawasan ni bole dimajukan habis sebaik ada akses ke lrt jb line dan sistem metro bawah tanah klu kata byk duit bole buat bangunan ni pun tinggi dh lebih 300 m keatas so jb perlu bina satu menara setinggi 510 m bagi lambang kemegahan bandar menjadi tradisi di alor star kuala lumpur dan juga kuantan juga mempunyai menara

that will not be done as singapore customs had designed the new woodlands buildings based on current situation. Unlike the 2nd link, the new buildings are too close to sea, that will need vehicles to abruptly rise up to fit the height of the cross straits bridge. Maybe after another 50 years for another generation of people to decide the matter.

selain itu kawasan jb kena distrukturkan supaya ia tak serabut dan mesti ada perancangan perbandaran besar supaya ada cukup ruang tanah dan juga akses yang cantik disamping mengawal kesesakan keluar masuk kenderaan kecil dan besar selain kesesakan dipintu sempadan harus dibersihkan sepantas bole supaya one day kita bole bina jambatan merobohkan tambak johor bagi memberi laluan pada laluan air yang sepatutnya dibuat seperti jambatan ke dua malaysia dari seri iskandar atau gelang patah ke tuas singapore iaitu port bandar terbesar di barat singapore
