I have the exact ribbon all the way over to your left at the beginning of the video when you're holding the Buffalo check, it's really funny because I haven't made a bow in months and I pulled that exact ribbon out tonight to go with other ribbon to make a bow with my $3 thrift store deluxe EZ bow maker, that's how I found your video, going to use it for the first time. 😊

Funny you should mention thrift shopping because yesterday I went to my local thrift store and was talking about I’m just learning to make bows and they had a black (old fashioned but new) bow maker, it extended out on both sides, no spool holder though, and a center piece that at the bottom you turn and lock in place and the center piece had springs to hold the ribbon in place and I bought it for a few dollars, but I also have the EZ BOWZ Maker as well

How come for the mermaid cuts, they are opposite of each other when you cut them??

I’m not sure what you are referring to but it is always cut the same direction in a downward angle-practice on a scrap before cutting on your actual bow.
