Recipe for 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

2TBS butter
2TBS Flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
Recipe for 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 TBS Butter
2 TBS diced mushrooms
2 TBS flour
1 cup of milk
Sour Cream Noodle Bake
-----------------------------------------
12-16 oz egg noodles
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1ts salt
1 ts pepper
1 ts garlic powder
1 ts onion powder
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 small onion
1 ts minced garlic
15 oz tomato sauce
1ts salt
1ts pepper
Chicken Pot Pie Casserole
-------------------------------------------
meat from 1/2 a rotisserie chicken
1 stick of butter
12 oz mixed veggies
red lobster biscuit mix
2 cups of water
2 cups of chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
use biscuit seasoning mix
plus 2-4 TBS butter to brush over top of the casserole
Creamy Chicken & Rice (the way I made it)
--------------------------------------
3-4 chicken breasts trimmed and sliced, season with super bird
2 cups white rice
for the cream of soup mix-
3 diced mushrooms
6 TBS butter
6 TBS flour
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
salt, pepper, garlic powder, adobo, parsley all to your taste
( you can sub the cream of soup I made with 2 cans of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of mushroom plus 1 can of milk)
Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1lb hambuger
1 can campbells cheddar cheese soup
8oz sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
handful of bacon pieces
bag of tater tots (salt your tots)
cheddar cheese for topping
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
Top with lettuce and tomato

Absolutely, a great Mom and Dad make lovely children! I always enjoyed these compliments when mine were growing up. My son used to take carts for older women to their car and load them and put the cart up. Especially in cold or rainy weather. He often said, he hated the thought of them getting sick! They often would try to give him a buck or two. He'd refuse always. I got many thank you's for his kindness. My daughter would go pick up orders from WalMart and deliver them to the disabled. My kids did these things on their own with no prompting from us! They as adults are still this way. My son does a lot of outreach through his church for the elderly and disabled and watches kids in the nursery. He and his wife want kids badly and don't have any yet! ❤❤❤

My sister told me to put the rotisserie chicken in a gallon Ziploc bag and shake it up and break it apart. That way you end up with all the chicken and the bones are so easy to pull out, but you can only do that when it’s fresh. Doesn’t work as well if it’s cold. I couldn’t believe how much time it saved.

They all reheat perfectly, except with the noodle bake, you have to add a little milk to it so it won't be dry. Noodles tend to dry out a bit once reheated. Everything freezes well! The Chicken Pot Pie casserole remember to thaw completely before you reheat. The crust can burn.

I have made the sour cream noodle bake several times. I use sour cream and onion dip instead of plain sour cream with the cottage cheese and I really like it. The bacon cheeseburger tater tot casserole looked very good, I may have to try that one for my family! Thanks for sharing!
