Your right! Those were a lot of dishes !!😩 it sure is nice getting the house cleaned, and if it can stay that way for more than a second is even better. Ive two questions 1st is, how long do you boil your bagels? And 2nd is before you started using the wild yam oil did your natural deodorant work for you? I feel like my deodorant is finally working after using the yam cream for only a few days.

You have to detox before the deo works properly. It took me a few weeks. The bagels: a minute or two on each side.

@@SouthernWifeEverydayLife I have a Frequency machine or a bio resonance machine, I finished half of my detox program of heavy metals and chemicals, but I need to finish the rest, because it detoxes your organs and gets rid of parasites and yeasts. So perhaps the wild yam was the missing element I needed. I still have ovarian cysts and I did have endometriosis, but my machine got rid of it according to my latest ultrasound. Those two things are definitely caused by hormonal imbalances. For your detox, you used your soap, or something else as well? Thank you so much for your reply I really appreciate it!!

@potato6658 I just used the detox bar a couple times a week starting out. Was also using magnesium spray, but now I only use the crystal. I use the detox bar once a month now.
