Underrated Indie Brand? CXC Beauty APRIL SHOWERS AND MAY FLOWERS EYESHADOW PALETTES | 2 LOOKS

Today we're checking the indie brand CXC Beauty. They have some truly beautiful looking eyeshadow palettes. When I saw these were being released in my new makeup releases video series, New Or Eww, I was stunned at how pretty they were! CXC Beauty were kind enough to send me their April Showers eyeshadow palette, which is the duochrome palette of the two. I decided to purchase the May Flowers palette because the color story is gorgeous. Let's see what I have to say in my review of these two palettes.

Been waiting so long for someone to review this brand and show swatches. There are like 5 palettes I would've bought by now if I could ever find anything but brand swatches, which I don't trust with all the photo editing that goes on. They have some beautiful green, purple, blue, and teal palettes. April Showers reminds me of the Hipdot Light Rays palette a little bit. Pretty duochromes that were totally my thing right up to the day I bought my Adept Plain Jane and discovered duochromes 2.0. I don't mind soft and light but I need impactful. May flowers looks amazing, but maybe a little too redundant because I get all those same colors within my Blendsbunny palettes. Love both the looks you got from them tho!

@@ArtistJane Tuesday I’ll be getting the Seven Seas Collection. I have their original Lightning Blue palette, Valencia palette, Get Lucky palette, Holiday Shimmer palette, mini Custom palette, and my own custom eyeshadow palette. I have a couple of their blush palettes, a couple bronzers, a highlight palette, and a few lip products.
