I love the option of having that huge space upstairs. I'm a crafter (soaps, candles, gift baskets, etc.) and I also sew. So, that would be a dream to do my creations in a space like that. Plus, it's still big enough to make it a comfortable living space. That would be awesome.

Wow. .I fell in love with this home. ..the upstairs is to die for. ..that big room would make a great theater room and then put a bath and bedroom on other side. . Plus plenty of storage space left. ...I bet this house finished would cost every bit of 300 to 350k.....but it sure is pretty and functional. .

I just started researching "modular" homes and another vid says these homes cost about $100 a sq ft for "ranch style" homes (a 1 story basically). So that means this one will be at least $500K. Plus it looks like a ton of upgrades so add another 50-100k? Who knows.
