I love beach style homes. I love being up off the ground and could see putting this up out in the country too with nice views of the woods, prairies, mountains, or anything scenic you might have around. That wrap around outside balcony is wonderful. The only mod I'd make is with the upstairs balcony, if the house were configured that way. I'd want it wide enough to cover the two sets of doors on the lower floor balcony. I also "love" the huge car port area and enclosed garage and I wish he had shown the garage area too. A separate walk though door to the garage in addition to the car doors would be a nice idea. One between the car garage doors would be great and a back door too for the garage. Oh, and a few windows for the garage area too! I'd also have to have direct access to the house from the garage directly instead of having to walk back outside and then up those stairs to get inside the living area. That would be particularly handy in bad weather. I was thinking using the door that leads to the upstairs. There's a brief landing before you turn left and go up, just continue forward from there and head down to the garage. I imagine some modifications will have to be made to accommodate that with the spare bedrooms but we are talking a "custom" built home here. Another thing that comes to mind, he mentioned that if this floor plan were on the ground, they'd have a back door located in the utility room. I'd add an elevator from the garage up to the utility room at that point. It would come in handy for those not quite as physically capable as well as getting heavier or bulkier items up to the living area. Just some thoughts!

Every time I had to go to Jacksonville. My wife and I would stop in and look at your homes. We fell in love with several of your homes. I wish we had known about your homes before we bought our home. You were almost finished building the shore home. If we do move back, we will be looking at your homes first!

This home on a waterfront lot would likely be over $1,000,000 Especially the 5 bedroom version! That master bath is very luxurious! The 3rd floor space is to die for! This could easily be a 7 or 8 bedroom house, that if on a lot that borders the ocean, could fetch around $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 for sale. It could also be rented out for $3000+ per month for long term rental or between $600- $1000 a night for vacation rental. Either way, a dwelling like this on the ocean would be a real cash cow! This home could be someone's coastal utopia, after all, Who wouldn't want to live on the coast?

@@colleeninfantino9150 Though, oceanfront properties are renowned for having astronomical price tags. This house on an ocean front lot would probably be at least $1,400,000. But then again, it depends on the area. In the Outer Banks, where they intend this particular model to be placed, it would probably be at least $980,000. The reason being the old rule, location location location.

We were in such a rush to get our home because of unfortunate circumstances that we never looked at drawers or linen closets or hallway closets. We have 3 kitchen drawers it’s horrible, no hallway closets, no linen closets and no pantry. When we trade in it’s definitely something we will look into more, storage is everything including pantry space for those pesky kitchen gadgets lol

If you choose the 5 bedroom option, make sure there's at least 3 baths. I only see two baths on each of the floor plans for this particular model.

One more thing, as beautiful as this home is, I most definitely would want a bigger walk-in shower with a half wall not a cheap shower like they have. Put a beautiful walk-in shower where the tub is and a tub were that shower is at..
