This home looks great! I own a competing modular home dealership, and i must say, i can't believe some of these negative comments, they are ridiculous and unwarranted. 1. It is just a MODEL, no need to gripe about options & colors, this dealer will order you what you want. 2. This dealer doesn't have a crystal ball, so unless you call and tell him what county you live in, let him look at your lot, and tell him what type of loan you want to do (each has requirements) there is no way he could print a 'one size fits all' price that would be the same for everyone! lol

I understand the price varies, but if they could give us a base price so we could have some idea. We are looking at buying a manufactored home. We know the that frieght can differ based on distance from the factory, the amount of work needed to level the site, pull permits, etc. But if the base price is X and I know I have only Y to spend and X is already near the top of my budget, I know I can't afford the home. I know y'all want to bring warm bodies into the dealership, I understand that. But there is no sense in my wasting your time or mine if I cannot afford it or just don't want to spend. This is a really nice home however and I enjoy watching these videos. We are on the fence between building a log home with a kit or buying a manufactored home.

Love the dark paint, cabinets and appliances. I don't like the open kitchen, I prefer it to be closed off. I most definitely like the Wilmington design without the carpet and dishwasher.

these homes aren.t sold exact;y as shown they are custom. the price would depend on what you ask for garage? pier or foundation? different bedrooms or kitchens? brick or siding basic or better cabinets?etc

LOVE IT!!! However, I would 2 minor changes in the kitchen: (1) a stainless steel sink in place of acrylic and (2) no hidden hinges - over time, the doors tend to shift a bit.

Why oh why with all that space in the attic, you put floor vents in the bedrooms? You had vents in the ceiling in the kitchen and living area.......strange front porch.....you said room for 10 chairs......cramped like a row of seats at a ball park.

It's beautiful, but dark. Do you allow your customers to choose their wall colors? While the master bath is stunning, I would have no use for a designated vanity space. Do you have an alternative plan for that design? Overall, it is stunning. Great job.

Very nice set up. Only changes I'd have to make is to get a gas range and in the master bath put the toilet where the 1 sink is and enlarge the shower. Love all the storage/closets.

Not much open counter space in kitchen. Front porch is narrow needs to be a couple of feet wider. First bathroom shower door look cheap. Last bedroom small good for only office or craft room.

Beautiful house I really like it but I don’t like the fiberglass in the shower just look very cheap like a hospital bathroom for a home like that the shower should be made with ceramic tiles and the master bedroom floors with wood floors and not carpet those two things I will change right away.also should have a basement for storage and a extra room very important for a house of that size.

Love this home. But when sitting down in Master bath at the grooming area , for hair etc can one see in mirror? Maybe it could be changed if needed though ( meaning lowered if needed?) It is staged perfectly too! Nice Christian looking home! Plenty of room and not over done ,but cozy. Thank you.
